For years, our family fought a losing battle against chronic-fatigue, insomnia, weight gain, anxiety, and mood swings. Recently though, we’ve turned that page and have started a new chapter, one filled with healing and improved health! These are posts pertaining to that continued adventure.

Nutritional Supplements Are a Waste of Money
Your body has within itself the ability to properly regulate its functions and maintain proper health. If basic “health class” practices are utilized, then supplements are completely unnecessary.
This reasoning makes sense. Except for the simple fact that it didn’t work.

Not Crazy About Exercise
